If Cool Ideas isn't working
Is it down for everyone? Check whether your fibre network has an outage in your area. Most problems come from the network your ISP uses.
- Restart your router and wait two minutes.
- Plug a laptop into the router with a cable to rule out Wi-Fi problems.
- Check your account isn't suspended or out of data.
- Tell @CoolIdeasFibre on X. Companies respond faster when many people post.
