If Link Layer isn't working

Is it down for everyone? Look for your suburb in the list of known outages above. If it's listed, the network is already working on it.

• Check the lights on your fibre box (ONT): a red LOS or Alarm light usually means a line fault.
• Restart your router only if no outage is listed for your area.
• Log the fault with your internet provider (ISP), not the fibre network directly.
