Is Takealot down?

Why we say this

• No problems in official updates, our checks or user reports.

Latest updates

• No updates yet. When Takealot or the network posts anything, it appears here.

If Takealot isn't working

Is it down for everyone? If the app won't load or orders won't go through for many people, it's the service.

• Check whether your order was charged before ordering again.
• Try the website instead of the app.
• Contact support with your order number if you were charged.
• Tell @TakealotSA on X. Companies respond faster when many people post.
