If Vodacom isn't working

Is it down for everyone? Ask someone on the same network nearby whether they have signal. If they don't either, it's likely the network.

• Switch flight mode on and off to reconnect to the network.
• Check your data or airtime balance with the network's USSD code.
• Use Wi-Fi calling if you have fibre or Wi-Fi.
• Tell @VodacomRSA on X. Companies respond faster when many people post.
• Call Vodacom customer care on 082 111.
