If it isn't working
If the app and the website both fail for many people, it's the bank. If only the app fails, update it first.
- Never share your PIN or OTP with anyone who calls about an outage.
- Card payments may still work at tills even when the app is down.
- Wait for the outage to end before retrying payments, to avoid paying twice.
