If Nedbank isn't working

Is it down for everyone? If the app and the website both fail for many people, it's the bank. If only the app fails, update it first.

• Never share your PIN or OTP with anyone who calls about an outage.
• Card payments may still work at tills even when the app is down.
• Wait for the outage to end before retrying payments, to avoid paying twice.
• Tell @Nedbank on X. Companies respond faster when many people post.
